![]() It seems very credible that MystIII should be there and MKI4 not, even if that does leave an outstanding anomaly that -z says the very opposite! I saw someone else mention this on here somewhere.) (Oh, and BTW, the little pop-up message window that indicates "no game found" displays "scummVM", not "residualVM". ![]() Is it then simply that the various info for v.0.3.1 is somewhat awry, or is it something else entirely.? Which might rather explain my total lack of success! There's no reporting of an unknown version of either encountered, for example, (but should there be?) and (of course) no consequent checking of files either. The bottom line though is the debug output produced when trying to add either: the detection process apparently only looks for 7 language versions of "grim", 6 language versions of "grim (Demo)", and nothing else. ![]() ![]() Contrariwise, however, the command line option "-z" reports "grim" and "monkey4" but not Myst. ![]() I'm using residualVM v0.3.1 (built 25.Sep.2020) with Linux Mint v19.1, and the v.0.3.1 compatibility web page indicates that MystIII is supported but makes no mention of MKI4, which is apparently confirmed by the "about" option, which lists credits for "Myst 3" but not MKI4. Thanks to residualVM I have been revisiting Grim Fandango with much pleasure - muchas gracias, maestros/as! - but can't seem to add Myst III: Exile or Escape from Monkey Island. ![]()
